How to Raise a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Sitbobby Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you phoned or contacted Sitbobby Plumbing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Sitbobby Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@sitbobby.living and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
