Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Isn't

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at sitbobby.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Plumber

Sitbobby Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Sitbobby Plumbing.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

Just General Information

The content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every plumbing problem is different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk to a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Prices

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, your location, the materials, the time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety Comes First

Plumbing trouble can bring electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and contaminated wastewater. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility from outside. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Sitbobby Plumbing may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Site

We try to keep the information here correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
